The Future Is Us

Although we have a strong belief in our startup’s mission, which is to connect people from anywhere in the world with one click, it always feels better to have someone else give us a strong validation.

This February we received an email from Haya A. Al-Ghanim, the investment director at the Qatar Science & Technology Park in Doha, Qatar: “I am writing to you today because we have been following OhmniLabs with great interest. We believe that your work represents the future of us humans. As it happens, we are hosting an event in partnership with Singularity University later this spring titled 'The Future is Now' and we would like to sponsor your startup to be featured in the 'The Future 30 Pavilion' during the event.”

Both our CEO Thuc Vu and CTO Jared Go flew to Doha earlier this week, along with our Ohmni robot and a robotic arm developed in-house, to attend the conference and to demonstrate our robots in action in front of a community of tech enthusiasts, including entrepreneurs, professionals, academics and investors.

Back to where it all began, they appeared at the KZSU Innovators 90.1 FM Radio Show of Stanford with host Tom Dioro, to trace their robotics journey starting from their Stanford’s dorm room.
